Bohai Capital won the Corporate Recognition Award

Sep.21st, the ceremony for China Financial Practice Award of TMI was held in Shanghai. Bohai Capital won the Corporate Recognition Award for Innovation and Excellence in M&A（Merge and Acquisition）.The China Financial Practice Award of TMI aims to award the outstanding corporates, banks and financial professional advisory teams in the field of asset management. Both the value and authority of the award are well recognized by enterprises and banks.

The organizing committee said that the aircraft leasing business of Bohai Capital has been strengthen through the acquisition, and the the core competitiveness of the chinese enterprise has been significantly improved.

Mr. Zhuo Yiqun, chairman of the Bohai Capital, was invited to attend the ceremony and deliver a speech. He said: "Bohai Capital implements ‘The Belt and Road’ positively, and initially sets up the leading position in the global transportation financial services. At the same time, Bohai Capital gradually established a diversified financial ecology with leasing business as the core through the strategic layout. In the future, Bohai Capital will continue to devote itself to enhance the competitiveness of chinese enterprises in the global capital market.”

In October 6, 2016, Bohai Capital merged the aircraft leasing business of CIT group (referred as C2) through Bohai Capital’s sub-company Avolon. After integrated C2, Avolon becomes the 3rd largest leasing aircrafts fleet in the world with the youngest average plane age in the top 3 fleets.By the end of Jun 30 2017, the aircrafts fleet of Bohai Capital has reached 950, which valued over $50 billion.
